Who we are

What we collect and why
When you send us a message
Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, what you would like help with (a choice from a list) and your message. A separate form lets people send us details about a project; it asks for things like the project name, a write-up, its location and the team. We use what you send only to reply to you and to run our business.
The form also saves the date and time, the page it was sent from, and the kind of browser and device you used (for example, Chrome on a Mac). We do not save your IP address.
Your message is saved in this website’s dashboard and emailed to our team. The email is sent through Elastic Email, a service that delivers it for us. The website also keeps a copy of each email it sends in a mail log for 90 days, then deletes it. To keep out automated spam, the forms use a hidden field that people never see, and Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check from Cloudflare that runs quietly when a form page opens (no puzzle in most cases). For that check Cloudflare receives your IP address and some details of your browser. Turnstile does not use cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Visit counts
We count visits to this site (pages viewed and the website or app that sent you) using a tool that sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. The numbers stay on our own server and are not shared with advertisers or other companies.
Cookies
Visitors do not get any cookies from this site. Only members of our team who sign in to edit the site receive the cookies WordPress uses to keep them signed in.
Other websites
Apart from the Cloudflare spam check on the two forms, this site does not embed content from other websites, and it loads no ads or tracking from anyone else. Some links, such as directions in Google Maps and our LinkedIn page, take you to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Who sees your information
Our team, and the companies that run the website for us: our web host (Cloudways), our email delivery service (Elastic Email) and Cloudflare, which runs the spam check on our forms. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as needed to reply to you and run our business, then delete it. Copies in the mail log are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This applies to everyone, including California residents. We do not sell personal information. Email marketing@jett.land and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
