1101 West El Camino Real

1101 West was designed to fit the lifestyle of the urban professional home buyer with a comprehensive package of outdoor amenities. We worked closely with the Client and Architect to seamlessly integrate the landscape with an outdoor lounge area, kitchen, bike shed, dog lounge and street front. We also worked closely with Tournesol Siteworks to design a unique modular stormwater treatment system, now in Tournesol’s catalogue, that helped maximize usable podium space and reduce construction costs.
