25 Degrees Park and Community

JETT is partnering with DAHLIN and Pulte Homes to develop a one acre community park in the heart of downtown Kenmore as part of a 7.5 acre multifamily residential development. The park focuses on family and community oriented spaces blended into a natural landscape connecting the downtown users to the Tolt Trail and adjacent open spaces. The park provides areas for family and cultural gatherings, a new play area, stormwater educational facilities, and a series of overlooks down into the park.
