325 7th Street Towers

325 7th Street aims to transform an underutilized city block at 7th and Harrison Streets in the heart of Oakland’s Chinatown neighborhood. The 380 residential units are distributed between a 12-story and 26-story tower with 3/4-acres of open space on private balconies, courtyard, and two roof decks on the 27th level offering views of the bay and beyond.

The generous podium courtyard spans the two buildings, weaving together a rich program of community spaces, circulation, and active uses to serve as the heart of this diverse residential community. With a retail corner plaza and inviting streetscape, the project will breathe new life into this part of Chinatown and add to Oakland’s growing skyline.
