JETT collaborated with ROEM Development, BSB Design, and Keir & Wright Civil Engineers to bring a vibrant, affordable housing development to the heart of Redwood City. Located on a 1.62-acre site adjacent to Redwood Creek, the project consists of 180 apartments within walking distance to downtown. Open space amenities include a landscaped courtyard and terrace at the podium, public plaza on Main Street, and publicly accessible amenity areas around the exterior of the building. A dog walk area, picnic tables, a multi-use trail and creek overlook serve as a backyard space for residents.
