Aero Apartments

Aero Apartments is a 200-unit, moderate-income, mixed-use project in the Site A development project at Alameda Point. The plan for Block includes 10,000 SF of retail commercial development.

JETT created an inviting retail streetscape frontage, a private amenity courtyard, and a roof deck. The streetscape is designed to reference the surrounding neighborhood and provides residents with meadow-garden front yards which also function as stormwater treatment planters for the site. The residential courtyard design is inspired by Alameda Point’s naval air history and a private roof deck terrace offers residents an outdoor gathering space with views. Amenities include barbecue and dining areas with shade, a bocce court, game tables, a dog run, and lounge spaces.
