Alterra of Walnut Creek

Alterra, an existing 62-unit apartment building, suffered from deferred maintenance and near-invisibility from the street in downtown Walnut Creek. JETT Landscape Architecture + Design helped the design development team realize its vision for a modernized project appealing to younger urban professionals by working closely with the owner and marketing specialists to add upscale amenities and create elegant useable space in the courtyard. Our designs have successfully transformed the entrance, street front and central courtyard, creating a contemporary landscape aesthetic and upscale urban amenities.
