Ampersand

Ampersand will be developed into a two-building campus utilizing a modernization of a historic design from Stanton Architecture and Page & Turnbull. The development will retain the in-place historic building, adding two 5-story commercial buildings, with ground-floor retail and PDR spaces.

JETT designed streetscape improvements that connect the building to its surrounding historic neighborhood. A podium courtyard with decorative stormwater treatment element, terraces with landscape amenities, rooftop garden with custom metal planter walls, outdoor kitchen, firepit.
