Artizan
As the 3rd building at the Brooklyn Basin development, Artizan adds to the transformation of the former 9th Street Terminal into a waterfront destination for residents, visitors, and the Oakland community. The 241-unit, 8-story mixed-use community fronts the Oakland estuary and offers a large u-shaped landscaped courtyard with pool deck, bocce court, and seamless indoor-outdoor amenities perched atop the 4th level podium overlooking Township Commons park.
Collaborating with Studio T-Square and Parisa O’Connell Interior Design, JETT introduced creative and fresh residential amenities for the podium courtyard and 8th floor roof deck. Outdoor spaces were designed to provide a respite from a busy life, soak up the sun, relax under the shade of a tree, gather with friends and neighbors, or be warmed by the fire while watching golden hour sunsets over San Francisco Bay.
