1450 Chapin Avenue

The 9,000+ square feet office building and surrounding landscape underwent a major remodel to this highly-valued property located in downtown Burlingame. JETT Landscape Architecture + Design provided improvements to the streetscape, landscape, courtyard and parking lot. The design presents users with an array of sensory experiences including a welcoming arrival, a place to eat lunch or have a small group meeting and a fountain court and forms an extension of the ground floor office spaces. The courtyards was modernized with contemporary planters and bike racks, green screen with vines, custom fountain, and architectural overhead beams with lights.
