College of the Redwoods

JETT is working with KTGY on a 70,000 SF, 3-story, on-grade student housing building, new dining hall, and central landscape courtyard and student amphitheater on the College of the Redwoods campus. The project weaves the existing campus pedestrian network and recent campus expansions and creates a new outdoor / indoor student center in the southern section of the main campus.

The half-acre of site improvements will provide students with a new dining and gathering space, a central event space and student amphitheater, and small break out spaces to meet the active and passive socialization needs of students living on campus. The designs incorporate expressive stormwater facilities and native plantings, connecting students to the surrounding natural beauty and providing educational opportunities for the next generation of environmental stewardship.
