JETT designed an 8th-floor roof terrace in a growing bio-tech center. Situated between the San Bruno Mountains and the San Francisco Bay, JETT’s design acknowledges the commanding views of the surrounding landscapes.

The 5,000 SF terrace allows for group activity and individual use. Ample flexible space can be assembled to provide an outdoor option for large company events. Fixed stepped wood seating creates a visual connection between interior and exterior spaces for facilitated group activities. Individuals can find secluded areas for relaxation and meditation while circulation paths create opportunities for strolling and contemplation. The roof terrace landscape mimics the surrounding hill slopes in landforms and plantings while mechanical wind screens provide protection and privacy.
