Kittredge

Located just across the street from UC Berkeley, the Kittredge project will provide 165 market-rate apartments as well as over 20,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. JETT designed the street frontage to compliment the architecture while softening the public-private interface with custom planters and textured planting. Two second level courtyards provide light and social gathering spaces for residents while a large roof deck with views of San Francisco and the UC Berkeley campus provide active spaces for games, community gardening, and dog exercise. The project is currently pursuing a LEED Silver rating.
