JETT Landscape Architecture + Design integrated conceptual designs by Chee Salette with rain gardens, captured run-off and unique detailing to create an entirely new landscape idea to this 854-unit work force housing renovation project. The result is a uniquely natural aesthetic juxtaposed against the formalistic, angular built environment. We created new Promenade, with property wide projects including updated water management, 3 remodeled Pool Areas, 2 remodeled Ponds, Rain Garden, Daycare Playground, Children’s Playground, Community Garden, and Dog Park.
