Maple Street Development

Situated on 7 acres at the former Docktown site along the margin of San Francisco Bay and Redwood Creek, JETT addressed numerous complex site and environmental issues for the 131 townhome project. As Executive Landscape Architects, JETT quickly generated Design Development, Construction, and Building Permit drawings.

Over six feet of engineered fill to elevate the site above flood levels created grading challenges. JETT’s work resulted in challenging design refinements and successfully keeping the project on schedule for permitting and construction. Play areas, a waterfront park and small craft boat launch, public art and pedestrian circulation all required careful design and detailing. Wetland planting plans were developed along the bay in collaboration with wetland biologists.
