Mercer Park

Mercer Park is the former Farmers Insurance complex adjacent to Mercerdale Park in Mercer Island’s town center. The renovation of the office building updates an existing roof terrace, entry plaza, and streetscape to connect the building with the neighborhood and adjacent park events. The streetscape and plaza design allow space for the expansion of the local farmers market and provide passive spaces for neighborhood and tenant engagement. The landscape design is tailored to re-establish the building within the park and surrounding open space while providing a public space for welcoming visitors and the community.
