Nova

Nova is a modern, six-story new building with 57 units of affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals. JETT’s site amenities for the ground floor include planting areas and an ornamental gate designed to blend into the existing neighborhood and help residents feel they are an integral part of the community. A vegetable garden on the podium level provides and opportunity for residents to connect with each other to grow their own food and learn about urban gardening. A spacious roof deck is complete with lounge furniture and planting areas for residents to enjoy the views of downtown Oakland and the West Bay as the recharge and rejuvenate.
