Santa Clara AC Hotel 2950 Lakeside

Located in the heart of Santa Clara’s entertainment district, a sleek, mid-rise Marriot AC boutique-style hotel renews a 2.2 acre site nestled amongst a mature, towering grove of preserved redwood trees. JETT drew inspiration for materials and furnishings from the trees and created memorable lounge spaces that capture the Bay Area vibe. Exterior public spaces focus on contemporary amenities geared toward business professionals. JETT’s design paid particular attention to creating outdoor gathering spaces under the redwood trees with seamless indoor-outdoor connections for an integrated walk-up bar, a welcoming arrival court with a rideshare lounge, and a pool deck partially tucked under a building overhang.
