Scotts Valley Town Center

The Scotts Valley Town Center is a 15-acre walkable downtown village located at the heart of Scotts Valley, CA. The plan responds to the community’s needs for an actual downtown and centralized spaces for Art & Wine, car shows, a pumpkin patch, music festivals, and smaller scale gathering spaces within a vibrant retail shopping district. JETT Landscape Architecture + Design designed elegant streetscapes, plazas, events space, and public parks that integrate mixed-use housing and retail buildings with an existing library and community park.
