TETRA is a unique 3-acre property located at the corner of Bordeaux Drive and Java Drive. This 200,000 SF hospitality experience consists of a 186 key Autograph Collection Hotel, a 164 key AC Hotel, adjacent parking garage with green walls, an expansive arrival courtyard and indoor and outdoor amenities. Designed around an open concept at the street level to enhance the pedestrian and arrival experience, TETRA offers a sanctuary to recharge from the high-tech hub of the Silicon Valley. At the heart of the design is a covered, public open space that serves the surrounding community and hotel guests, offering spaces for dining, gathering, lounging, and outdoor lectures or performances. The outdoor amenities, architecture, landscape and public art create a rich tapestry at the ground level that is sheltered by the third-floor pool deck overhead. This shared outdoor deck is a bridge between the two towers, and provides pool and lounge areas shaded by specimen trees.
