Brooklyn Basin Parcel G

Parcel G is one of the most prominent parcels in the new Brooklyn Basin waterfront district. Located at the termination of 5th Avenue, south of Jack London Square and situated between the Oakland Estuary and Interstate 880, the 2.7-acre mixed-use development is 8 stories with 356 residential units and 42,500 SF of retail. JETT provided landscape architecture services from concept design through implementation for over 1-acre of usable open space, including ground level amenities, three podium courtyards distributed on two levels, and two roof decks. Working closely with the design team, JETT designed a diverse resident amenity package with small and large spas, outdoor kitchens, fire features and a range of gathering spaces.
