Aurora

Aurora is a modern, 44-unit supportive housing development serving formerly homeless individuals. It is a short walk away from high quality transit, schools, groceries, and medical facilities. JETT provided landscape design elements for the streetscape, podium, and roof deck. An enclosed podium courtyard is embellished with plantings and furnishings that welcome residents home. A rooftop community garden and kitchen area provides opportunities for growing and sharing food, while a lounge area overlooking the Bay Bridge was designed for recharging, healing, and socializing.
