815 Old County Road, JETT Landscape Architecture + Design designed, is a lush landscaped entry drive that leads to a children’s play court and a grand staircase leading up to a podium courtyard designed for a variety of activities, using an array of materials. Rich textures and a subtle color palette help define the courtyard where an outdoor dining area provides multiple BBQs, fire pits, lounge seating under arbors, and a pool deck. On the 5th floor a large outdoor patio and lounge seating surrounds a fire pit that overlooks the bay and the rolling hills beyond.
